With our online file transfer there's no need to make a special trip just to deliver a disc. You can easily send a file from your computer to our servers in a matter of minutes.

If you use the Mac version of Safari as your browser you may not see the progress bar. As an alternative you may try Mozilla FireFox. Please be patient while your file is uploading. You will get a results page and a confirmation email when it is complete.

Digital Artwork Submission Guidelines:

Be sure to include ALL the files we need to output your project. This includes ALL used Fonts and ALL linked files. Most layout programs now have a file collection function. For InDesign, look for "Package...". In Quark, it's called "Collect for Output...". Both are found under the File menu.

If we don't have a hard copy proof of your project, please create an approved PDF copy of the files we need to output in a folder named "PDF for proofing" and include that folder with the rest of your project files.

Use a file compression program like Stuffit (for Mac users) or WinZip (for Windows) to collect your files into one compressed archive ( .sit or .zip). This is very important for Mac files, which are often damaged during transfer by software that doesn't recognize Mac OS file types. Stuffit is available at www.aladdinsys.com and WinZip is available at www.winzip.com.

While we can accept up to 1 GB in any single transfer, if your compressed archive file is larger than 500 MB, consider sending your files on a DVD. If you must upload very large files, please split your files into smaller archives and upload them separately.

Please be aware that if you have a DSL connection [or similar] you may encounter time-out errors when uploading very large files. If you are behind a corporate firewall that imposes file size or bandwidth restrictions, you may not be able to upload large files. If this is the case, contact your IT person or try reducing your uploads to 100 MB sections and upload them separately.

If you encounter upload problems, please call your Project Manager or Sales Representative and we'll be happy to send one of our drivers to your location to pick up your files on disc.
